Acceptance, Provider, and License

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pit.Kit, provided by IS Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Pit.Kit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pit.Kit.

Subject to these Terms and the App Store terms that apply to your download, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pit.Kit for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or add to Pit.Kit. You give us only the limited permission necessary to enable the features you choose, such as local storage, private iCloud sync or backup, export, and display on your devices. We do not claim a license to market your private notes or attachments.

You are responsible for the content you add and for having the rights needed to add or share it.

Pit.Kit Pro and Purchases

Pit.Kit may offer optional paid features as Pit.Kit Pro through Apple’s App Store. The exact plan, duration, included features, applicable trial or introductory offer, and localized price shown in the App Store purchase flow are part of the offer you accept. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.

If you purchase an auto-renewing Pit.Kit Pro subscription, it renews unless you cancel it through your Apple Account subscription settings. You can manage or cancel a subscription there and restore eligible purchases from Pit.Kit’s Settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

If Pit.Kit Pro ends, your existing content remains yours. Existing Custom Entries and related history are intended to remain readable, searchable, exportable, backed up, and synced where those features are otherwise available; Pro-only creation and configuration features may no longer be available.

Acceptable Use

You may not reverse engineer or decompile Pit.Kit, bypass security or subscription controls, introduce malware, use the service unlawfully, or interfere with the app or its supporting services.

Important Limitations

Pit.Kit helps you capture information and manage reminders. It is not a medical, legal, financial, emergency, or safety service. Do not rely on Pit.Kit or Notty as a substitute for professional advice or emergency services, and keep your own backups of important information.

Updates, Availability, and Termination

We may update Pit.Kit or these Terms. If a change is material, we will provide notice where required by law. The updated Terms take effect on the stated date, except where law requires a different process.

Pit.Kit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend or end access for misuse or legal, security, or operational reasons. Ending access does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription; manage cancellation through your Apple Account.

Consumer Rights, Liability, Law, and Contact

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or overrides consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IS Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use Pit.Kit in the twelve months before the claim.

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, subject to any mandatory rights you have in your country of residence. Questions can be sent to support@isapps.app or privacy@isapps.app.
